Biodiesel is a clean burning, biodegradable alternative fuel formulated for diesel engines, produced in the U.S. from renewable energy sources such as vegetable oils, animal fats, palm oil, and soybeans. It can be mixed with petroleum diesel in any amount, up to 100% biodiesel. Biodiesel can be used in existing diesel engines with little or no conversion required.
